We believe it starts when a potential guest first contacts our business or lands on our website. On the phone or in email, we are bubbly, friendly, and informative. Consultations have been a game changer for me! It allows us to meet men, women, and children who are a good fit as a new guest and allows the guest to learn if I am the best fit for them! On the new guest page, there are a variety of consultation options to meet various styling needs. Please read the description to determine if it is the appropriate consultation for you. Once you are booked, we are loc’d in! Prior to your consultation, we will review the new guest form that you filled out to learn more about you. Before your visit, we will reach out for an intro phone call to say thank you for booking and to briefly introduce ourselves. We will review any hair preparation instructions.
On the day of your consultation, we will text you our appointment day procedures so you know what to do once you are parked outside of the salon suite. We will meet you in the lobby so you don’t get lost in the building. We will wash our hands prior to heading back to the suite. Once inside, we will begin your consultation with introductions and begin with some conversation as what has brought you to Locspiration. We will assess your hair and scalp. Answer any questions that you have. Discuss our service options including pricing and how we can best serve you. Afterwards, we will assist you with scheduling a full service appointment or give you our business card and contact info if you want to sleep on it.
After your visit, you will receive the Salon Welcome packet in your email to thank you for visiting us! Our new guest process is designed to make the new guest feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated.
